A Senegalese enforcer carrying an unstoppable DNA mutation, Veto answers enemy utility by deleting it: Interceptor destroys what is thrown into its range, Chokehold pins whoever walks into it, and Crosscut leaves him a vortex to teleport back to. Evolution completes the mutation, granting a combat stim, regeneration and immunity to every debuff.

A Moroccan information broker who sells secrets to the highest bidder, Cypher wires a site with Trapwire and Cyber Cage. Neural Theft rips the enemy team's position out of a corpse.
