How to play
VALDLE is a free daily Valorant guessing game. Every day brings four fresh puzzles, all built around the same cast of agents and the map pool. The answers are the same for every player, so you can compare with friends.
The basics
Pick a mode, type your guess, and read the clues each attempt gives back. Guesses are unlimited and there is no game over: your score is simply how many tries you needed. A new set of puzzles unlocks every day at local midnight, and you can replay past days from the archive without affecting your stats.
Agent
In Agent mode you guess the Valorant agent of the day. Each guess fills a row of six cells that compare your pick to the target agent across all of its attributes:
- Role, gender, nationality and archetype are categorical. Green means an exact match. Orange flags a near miss, such as a nationality on the same continent. Red means no match.
- Ultimate cost and release year are numeric. Alongside the colour, an arrow points up or down to tell you whether the target value is higher or lower than your guess.
Cross-reference the colours and arrows across your guesses to narrow the roster down to a single agent.
Map
In Map mode you guess the Valorant map of the day. It starts as a tightly cropped close-up of the splash art. Each wrong guess zooms the image out, revealing more of the scene until the location becomes recognisable.
Silhouette
In Silhouette mode you guess the agent from their full-body render. The figure first appears as a dark, blurred shadow. Every wrong guess lifts a little of the blur and the darkness, until the agent is fully revealed.
Ability
In Ability mode you guess the agent from the icon of their signature ability. The icon sits behind a grid of tiles. Each wrong guess drops a few tiles, uncovering more of the image, which always stays perfectly sharp.
Bonus modes
On top of the day's four puzzles, two bonus modes take Agent and Map under harder rules. Each has its own puzzle of the day, its own stats and its own share. A bonus win keeps your streak going, but only the four classic modes clear the day. Their past days can be replayed from the archive too.
Agent Challenge
Same roster as the Agent mode, but a different agent every day and a harder rule: a guess uncovers a single cell of its row. The rest come with the following guesses, on every row at once. You reason on partial feedback for several turns, and each guess becomes a real probe rather than a full answer. Unlimited guesses, no game over, and stats kept separate from the classic mode.
Map Challenge
Same map pool as the Map mode, but a different map every day and three extra levers: the crop starts much closer, the colour is almost entirely drained on the early guesses, and the dezoom runs over ten steps instead of six. Colour is the first thing you read on a map, so holding it back changes the whole reading. Twelve possible framings, unlimited guesses, no game over.
Streaks and ranks
Win at least one mode each day to grow your daily streak. As it climbs you progress through Valorant-themed ranks, from Iron to Radiant. The rank tracks your own consistency, not a leaderboard against others. A streak freeze, earned regularly, protects you from a single missed day.
Playing with friends
You can create a private group and compare your daily scores with friends using a shared code, or start a private versus match over one or several modes. No account is required, just a nickname.
