Harbor

An Indian agent carrying an ancient artefact that bends water, Harbor makes cover you can walk through. High Tide rolls a wall across the site and Reckoning hammers the ground with geysers.

Veto

A Senegalese enforcer carrying an unstoppable DNA mutation, Veto answers enemy utility by deleting it: Interceptor destroys what is thrown into its range, Chokehold pins whoever walks into it, and Crosscut leaves him a vortex to teleport back to. Evolution completes the mutation, granting a combat stim, regeneration and immunity to every debuff.

Split
